Could be useful if you need to add a navigation but running out of horizontal space. I guess. It’s actually both PSD and CSS, but I’m categorizing this as HTML / CSS so that the category can be more populated, alright?

Helpful hint: Dribbble users are nice. If the license is unknown, it is usually because they forgot to mention it explicitly; not because they were being stingy. Ask nicely and they will probably allow you to use it.
